This covers the public website, the contact form, estimates, invoices, and text messages from TnT Wave ((734) 655-0010). It is written so a customer — and a carrier reviewing our A2P / 10DLC messaging — can see what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Name, phone, email, service, job details, and photos you send on the contact form
• Customer, estimate, and invoice records we keep to do the work
• IP address and browser details when you open or sign an estimate or invoice
• First-party visit counts on this site (no ad cookies). See also Insights privacy if you use that dashboard.

How we use it

We use your information only for the job you asked us to look at. We never sell it.

We use it to call or text you back, write estimates and invoices, schedule the job, and keep a record of the work. Phone and email processors we use (including Twilio for carrier text messages and 3CX for our business phone) only see what they need to deliver that message.

Text messages (SMS)

TnT Wave may send SMS about quotes, scheduling, job updates, invoices, and estimates about the service you requested. These are customer-care messages for a job you asked us to look at — not advertising from other companies.

• Reply STOP to opt out. You can also ask us to stop by phone.
• Reply HELP or call (734) 655-0010 for help.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

On the contact form we ask for a checked box before we send the request. That is your agreement to those texts. Estimate acceptance codes and invoice texts go to the number already on that document.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your name, phone, email, photos, or job details. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Contact requests, estimates, invoices, and signatures stay as long as we need them for the job and our records. Ask us if you want something updated or removed and we will handle it unless we have to keep it for the work or the law.
